Welcome to Venny. By accessing or using the Venny application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Venny. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use Venny, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Venny only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content through the chat
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Venny (profile information, messages, event details). By submitting content, you grant Venny a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
5. AI-Powered Features
Venny uses artificial intelligence to match users based on networking intentions and event participation. AI-generated matches are suggestions only — you are not obligated to connect with any suggested user. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any match.
6. Event Organizers and Sponsors
Event organizers and sponsors who use Venny's dashboard tools agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Respect attendee privacy and data
- Use analytics data only for legitimate event improvement purposes
- Comply with all applicable data protection regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Venny App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Venny and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
Venny is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
